Job Title: Senior Venues and Events Executive

Smart Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Venues and Events Executive to join our team at Evolution London, a purpose-built event venue in Battersea Park. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow your own accounts and event planning, coordinating with the Senior Account Managers to deliver successful events at Evolution London and seasonal event sites.
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Managers, Moving Venue catering team, and venue operations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate event planning, including site visits, menu tastings, pre-production meetings, and event scheduling.
  • Ensure all event administration, including function sheets, event notification forms, and health and safety documentation, are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Attend events to support on-site management teams and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct debrief meetings with clients to retain events for future bookings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in events, preferably with knowledge of venues and event catering.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A commitment to quality and timely service delivery.
