Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Solicitor to lead our family law team, providing supervision, support, and guidance to team members. The successful candidate will develop the department, drive performance, and empower team members to achieve professional success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing family law team, providing supervision, support, and guidance to team members.
  • Tailor and choreograph cases with the team to meet client objectives, addressing complex legal issues with strategic planning and negotiation techniques.
  • Uphold strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work in a paperless environment.
  • Conduct performance/coaching conversations to support and add value to team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years plus PQE in family law
  • Extensive private family law experience
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market
  • Ability to network and deliver business development
