Job Description

Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Civils Avoidance and TRR Operative to support our growth in the Birmingham area. As a fast-growing company, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers through our engineers in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify allocated CBTs and pull cabling from chambers to customer properties, utilizing your experience and proven track record in a TRR environment.
  • Ensure risk assessments are conducted and all processes are followed regarding permits and reporting blockages to the Civils teams.
  • Apply effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and outstanding customer service.
  • Prioritize tasks and demonstrate logical skills to find the best customer solutions possible.
  • Travel to different areas of the country, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Work irregular hours and overtime to meet customer service targets, as required.
  • Be medically fit and able to perform a physically demanding job in various weather conditions.
  • Collaborate with teams or work independently to meet SLA KPIs set by our partners.
  • Be willing to work in other locations within the UK, with accommodation provided if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAOO2 – PIA Underground Safety.
  • S7 – PIA Sub-Duct and Cable Installation.
