Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover contract. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, ensuring that the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities, including receiving and processing stock deliveries.
