About the Role: Twenty 4 Seven is looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Assistant to work within a secondary educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with students, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.
  • Utilize expertise to implement tailored educational plans for each student's learning journey.
  • Collaborate with families and external organizations to ensure every student is recognized, challenged, and supported.
  • Maintain high expectations for every student's academic and personal growth.
  • Prepare students for their future educational endeavors and encourage their active participation in society.

All staff members, regardless of their role, are expected to contribute to the overall functioning of the institution and serve as exemplary role models for students.

Qualifications: Candidates should have prior experience working with young individuals, whether in an educational context or through volunteer work.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Candidates without this will need to apply for a new one.
