Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in vision and roadmap discussions to shape product direction.
  • Contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning, effectively communicating product vision and strategy.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, iteration planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to refine features from the program backlog into actionable items for the Agile delivery team.
  • Oversee and prioritize the team’s backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate the refinement process of upcoming work items in partnership with System Architects and UX specialists.
  • Work closely with Technical Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of value.
  • Conduct demonstrations of completed work items during Inspect and Adapt events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a professional with a solid background in a scaled agile framework and experience in customer collaboration.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Product Owner, with a proven track record of managing a backlog.
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations.
  • Proficient in crafting user stories.
  • Innovative mindset for addressing complex challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile software delivery.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAFe methodologies or Product Owner certification.
  • Agile Product Owner certification.
