Financial Planning and Performance Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Finance Team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust as a Financial Planning and Performance Accountant. The successful candidate will provide financial support to the Head of Financial Planning & Performance and the Head of Strategic Finance, assisting with the construction, development, and maintenance of complex financial models.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Head of Financial Planning & Performance in developing and maintaining financial models to produce the Trust's annual and medium-term revenue plan.
- Provide analytical support to the Head of Strategic Finance for strategic service planning, integration, and financial due diligence.
- Support the Head of Financial Planning & Performance and the Head of Strategic Finance with financial input into corporate projects and service developments.
- Provide a high-quality management accounting service for the division of Trust Services.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification or equivalent work experience, a professional CCAB or CIMA accountancy qualification, and valid membership. They will also have experience of financial management in an NHS environment, including maintaining and developing complex financial models.
