Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced analogue-to-digital signal transformation circuits to convert analogue signals into high-precision digital formats.
  • Optimize signal processing techniques for superior accuracy and reliability.
  • Lead the development and refinement of state-of-the-art digital and analogue circuits for diverse applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional local and international teams to integrate designs into the overall product architecture.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conceptualization to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines and stringent quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments for pioneering designs.
  • Plan and execute sophisticated testing protocols to validate advanced digital and analogue designs.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during the testing phases.
  • Communicate design concepts, progress, and challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain meticulous records of design iterations and modifications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Successful working track as an electronic engineering design - digital and analogue circuit and product development.
  • High proficiency in using design tools such as Altium - schematic capture and layout, C language.
  • Familiarity with industry protocols related to digital and analogue signal processing.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, adept at working in a fast-paced, collaborative international environment.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management and successful product launches.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the digital and analogue design field.
