We are seeking a highly skilled MSK Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Vita Health Group. As a key member of our community rehabilitation service, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to employees within community NHS MSK settings in Croydon and Bromley.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Deliver group exercise programs, one-to-one rehabilitation sessions, and health promotion initiatives to promote patient engagement and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate member of BASRaT and entitled to the use of the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator or SST registration.
  • Experience of working individually and within a team, with a proven track record of managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes.
  • Ability to deliver soft tissue treatments, set goals, and design individualized and progressive rehabilitation programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Adept in time management and prioritization, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
