About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Autism Unlimited in Sherborne. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with autism to develop good life skills and independence in the community
  • Maintain accurate records regarding care plans, finances, appointments, and medication
  • Follow individualized support plans to ensure the person feels comfortable and happy, adapting as needed
  • Provide personal care, including hygiene prompts, bathing, and washing, as well as medication support
