Role Overview

- Collaborating with classroom teachers to provide essential support
- Assisting students with SEN/SEMH needs on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Working closely with non-verbal children
- Supporting students during lessons and outside of the classroom
- Monitoring and documenting intervention outcomes

- A diligent graduate or student with a strong academic record and a passion for learning
- Previous experience working with children and those with SEN/SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting non-verbal children
- Familiarity with one-to-one support roles
- Resilience and the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
