Embarking on Your Journey:

As a Self-Checking Room Attendant, you will uphold exceptional brand standards and ensure pristine guest accommodations. You will take ownership of your tasks and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Your role will involve inspecting your own rooms to ensure they meet our quality expectations before welcoming guests.

You will seize every opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests, providing a personal touch that they will cherish.

Within the dedicated housekeeping team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring guest rooms are well-presented through thorough cleaning tasks, including bedroom and bathroom sanitation, linen changes, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting
  • Engaging with guests to foster loyalty and create memorable experiences
  • Guaranteeing our guests enjoy high levels of comfort and quality
  • Taking pride in the work you perform

As a Self-Checking Room Attendant, you will possess keen attention to detail to maintain consistent standards. This role is crucial to the hotel's operations and the service we provide to our guests before, during, and after their stay. You will enjoy interacting with guests, offering assistance, and demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities while efficiently addressing guest inquiries, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. On your first day, you will embark on a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel as a Self-Checking Room Attendant. We seek individuals who:
