Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues with vehicles.
  • Maintenance and Servicing: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Driving License: Full UK driving license, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
