Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing the import process for sea freight shipments from origin to delivery
  • Quoting clients and negotiating rates with suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Monitoring shipments and updating clients
  • Preparing customs documents for the customs department
  • Liaising with suppliers and hauliers to ensure smooth delivery and monitoring shipments to update clients regarding any delays
  • Invoicing and cost files to ensure correct profit margin
