- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions required.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.
