Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative. This position plays a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring efficient handling and distribution of goods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing various computerized dispatch systems for order management.
  • Operating AS400 systems for inventory tracking.
  • Managing customer collections and ensuring timely service.
  • Handling machinery including guillotines, punch presses, printing equipment, saws, and drills.
  • Coordinating internal and external delivery processes.
  • Carefully packing orders to guarantee safe delivery and optimal condition upon arrival.

Working Hours:
The role requires a commitment to a 40-hour work week, currently structured as a fixed day shift:
09:00 – with two 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Overtime may be necessary based on business demands.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Manual dexterity and capacity to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Focus and perseverance when executing repetitive tasks.
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills within all operational areas.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Counterbalance FLT license is preferred but not required.

Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse setting is essential.
