Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Liaise with internal departments, including Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, and Technical Consultants, to fulfill customer requirements and resolve queries.
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customers on delivery expectations and provide regular communication to ensure transparency and trust.
- Perform general administration duties, including preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience in office administration and customer service roles.
- Business fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, particularly MS Excel, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Understanding of the sales process and the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to workload, with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Full-time position with competitive compensation package.
