We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Project Delivery to join our team at idibu. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and successful delivery of complex capital projects, driving end-to-end processes, and ensuring exceptional commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Develop and deliver optimized programs to achieve regulatory, statutory, and internal outputs, deadlines, and targets.
- Service Provider Management: Performance manage service providers to ensure out-performance of service levels and value for money.
- Culture and Stakeholder Management: Steer a customer-focused culture that is unrelenting in its pursuit of excellence in service delivery to internal and external customers, and maintain robust external stakeholder relationships.
- Team Performance: Guide team performance in safe and sustainable delivery of capital projects and their subsequent operation and maintenance.
- Financial Performance: Deliver sustainable financial out-performance against approved budgets.
- Contract Management: Manage all contract matters commercially to achieve the optimal outcome for idibu.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Establish and continuously promote a proactive health, safety, and environment culture across idibu and our service providers.
- Experience: Demonstrable knowledge of the delivery of complex capital projects and delivery at a senior level.
- Leadership: Be confident in managing big teams and the overall performance and behaviors of project management teams with a mix of contractors and permanent employees.
- Contractual Knowledge: Hold an understanding of contractual relationships and commercial contract systems like NEC/JCT.
- Adaptability: Be adaptable to changes in environments and levels of support always required.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary between £87,100-£95,000 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
- Benefits: Car allowance, 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service, annual bonus, private medical health care, contributory pension, and wider benefits scheme.
