The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to manage client relationships, conduct viewings, and drive sales forward in a busy retail branch. Key responsibilities include:
- Registering potential buyers and booking property viewings.
- Organizing market appraisals and managing diaries effectively.
- Conducting property viewings and following up with clients.
- Canvassing for new business and third-party referrals.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of the property industry, experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in IT and diary management.
- A full UK driving licence.
