About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at ENWL. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on our network infrastructure, including high voltage cables and apparatus.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and resolve faults, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
  • Participate in a 24-hour standby rota to provide emergency response services.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Operational authorisations to act as a competent person.
  • Full UK driving licence with categories B+E.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience and understanding of utility records.
  • NRSWA accreditation.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Experience with excavating, backfilling, and reinstating to HAUC specifications (desirable).
