Job Title: Advanced Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Expert to join our team at Datatech. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for providing analytical expertise and driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytical role. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of dashboards, visualizations, and data sources, and continuously improving these to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with core business areas to gain a deep understanding of their data, reporting, visualization, and analysis needs
  • Deliver robust and accurate data sets and visualizations within expected timescales
  • Structure problems and design & develop numerical models to inform decisions
  • Proactively consult and bring together multiple stakeholders and gain buy-in to ideas and approaches
  • Provide deep insight for critical business questions using a variety of analytical tools
Requirements
  • Proven advanced analytical skills
  • Comfortable challenging and influencing senior management with conflicting views
  • Creativity in recommending solutions and commitment to driving delivery
  • Proven ability to lead the direction of analytical projects
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Proven technical skills including SQL, Excel, and Python
