We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Clinical Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth assessments of individuals' physical, mental health, or learning disabilities and their impact on daily living activities and mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' health and well-being
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support individuals in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Prepare and submit detailed, professional reports on assessment findings and recommendations
Requirements
  • Registered healthcare professional with 12 months post-graduate experience in a broad-based setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
