About the Role:
GCB Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, preparing inventory reports, and ensuring the smooth management of residential lettings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial property inspections to prepare inventory reports
- Perform mid-term inspections to ensure tenants are maintaining the property
- Negotiate deposit returns with tenants
- Conduct 'check out' inspections to assess property condition
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
- Assist with general office administration tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential lettings or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week, with some Saturdays possible
