**Job Summary**

As a skilled Fabricator/Welder at Randstad RIS, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of semi-skilled and skilled Fabricator/Welder employees to perform complex fabrication and welding tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform a variety of welding processes, including MMA/MIG and gas welding, brazing, and soldering on various types of materials.
  • Interpret prints, plan methods, and sequence of work to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Fabricate, modify, and/or rework special tankers, skid bases, silencers, and containers used in the production of generator sets and associated hardware.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as 5S program and other business improvement initiatives.
  • Display behavior and conduct fitting with our Values in Action.
  • Train other employees as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Fabricator/Welder with experience in complex fabrication and welding tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
