  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Oversee event planning, coordination, and execution, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of event services.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and engage attendees.
  • Monitor and report on event metrics, including attendance, engagement, and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in event management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event management, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex events and programs.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software, such as Cvent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
