- Dispute Management: Effectively manage and resolve customer disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to our risk insurance policy and maintain accurate records.
- Credit and Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to minimize the risk of bad debt and identify opportunities for growth.
- Account Management: Monitor and control customer account balances against credit limits, providing timely updates and recommendations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports to stakeholders.
- Action Plans: Develop and implement strategies to collect overdue and over-exposed balances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Debt Recovery: Refer accounts to a debt recovery specialist when internal collection efforts are unsuccessful.
- Previous experience in Credit Control or a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
