**Job Summary:**

Fabric Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both Managers and Employees across a range of HR activities, including compliance, employee relations, and change management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relation cases, including investigating and resolving conflicts.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job adverts, interviewing, and on-boarding.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on job descriptions and ensure they are aligned with company policies.
  • Provide advice on pay, benefits, and employee assistance programs.
  • Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and compliant.
  • Advising Managers on probation reviews and ensuring that employees are properly onboarded.

**Requirements:**

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
  • Knowledge of practical HR principles and employment legislation.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
  • Employee relations experience, with evidence of dealing with complex issues.
