Job Overview

Procurement Heads is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with Tier-1 IT suppliers and ensuring that we get the best value from these partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Performance Oversight: Develop and maintain relationships with SaaS vendors to protect business interests and ensure costs reflect fair market value.
  • Assurance Model Development: Create and maintain SaaS assurance models for vendors within the allocated portfolio, supporting areas such as Information Security, Compliance, and Data Governance.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Ensure that any negotiation of commercial terms for strategic IT contracts provides beneficial outcomes for the business and the customer.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide input to facilitate commercial terms discussions and value of contracts alongside or supporting the Central Procurement Team as appropriate.
  • Market Innovation: Maintain an awareness of innovation and opportunities in the SaaS Vendor market, translating these into strategic business outcomes.
  • Risk Identification: Identify and report on risks associated with existing or potential SaaS vendors.
  • Strategic Relationships: Build effective strategic relationships with SaaS vendors to ensure sustainable business value is achieved.
