Job Title: Exam Invigilator

Link3 Recruitment Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exam Invigilator to join our team in Leicester. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of exams in our secondary schools.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can effectively supervise exam rooms, ensure the confidentiality and security of exam papers, and provide clear instructions to students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise exam rooms to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
  • Prepare exam rooms, including arranging seating and distributing exam materials.
  • Monitor exams for any signs of cheating or disruptive behavior.
  • Provide clear instructions to students before the exam begins.
  • Assist students with any queries related to exam protocols.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of exam papers and materials.
Requirements:
  • Completed a Certificate relating to Exam Invigilation.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
