About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Clancy. As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Principal Designer, responsible for ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and providing guidance to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that all relevant duties are fulfilled.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate pre-construction phases of projects to identify and control significant risks.
  • Work with clients to gather pre-construction information, assess its adequacy, and provide advice on how to address any gaps.
  • Manage multiple projects for key clients, particularly in the power distribution sector.
  • Attend client meetings, conduct site inspections, and deliver high-quality reports within agreed deadlines.
  • Provide clear, concise, and practical Health and Safety advice, guidance, and coaching to project teams throughout all stages of the project.
  • Collate, prepare, and issue Health & Safety Files to clients.
