Rockfield Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our client, a well-established SME leader in their field, delivering a specialist repair-based service to their clients across the UK.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating the company's expansion and capitalizing on the opportunity for greater efficiency brought about by growth. This will involve reviewing and improving processes, better utilizing and changing systems, and building strong leadership structures within Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement new systems to support business growth
- Build and lead a high-performing Operations team
