About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our bank team at Care UK. As a Senior Registered General Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding leadership and clinical expertise to our care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support care staff in delivering high-quality care to residents with complex needs and dependency levels.
  • Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, and wound care.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to ensure clinical excellence within the home.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
