The ideal candidate will possess over three years of professional experience in the field of Generative AI, tackling a variety of challenges in a fast-paced setting. This role will focus on leveraging your expertise to contribute to our two key, commercially driven AI initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms for Oxford Dynamics' primary AI offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate and deploy advanced AI solutions in offline environments.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in deploying large language models (LLMs) for search functionalities.
  • Current knowledge of LLM and natural language processing (NLP) research.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning pipelines in production.
  • Strong foundation in NLP methodologies.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline (BS, MS, or Ph.D.).
  • Excellent presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Python for machine learning applications.
  • Experience in full-stack development, enhancement, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with GIT version control.
  • Experience with Docker for deployment purposes.
  • Knowledge of AWS or cloud services.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • A portfolio showcasing previous work in AI/robotics, including GitHub repositories or published research.
  • Experience with Git workflows in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in product development.
  • Background in start-up environments.
  • Understanding of best practices in data engineering.
  • Knowledge of MLOps principles.
  • Experience in developing RESTful services.
  • Experience presenting to project stakeholders.
  • Interest in business development.
