Job Title: HVAC Technical Services Manager

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technical Services Manager to join their team in Haydock. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering HVAC projects that maximize revenue, enhance sales credibility, and ensure high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage technical site and customer relations to ensure seamless project delivery.
  2. Collaborate with field teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions for each project, including heating and cooling systems.
  3. Attend site surveys and assist in designing temporary chiller and cooling solutions.
  4. Provide technical support to engineers and ensure smooth coordination between sales and technical teams.
  5. Prepare detailed quotes and RAMS documents to meet client requirements.
  6. Foster a positive team culture and lead by example.
  7. Promote effective communication among management, office staff, and on-site teams.
  8. Ensure high-standard RAMS documentation and health and safety compliance.
  9. Maintain technical standards and operational policies from site survey to off-hire.
  10. Plan and manage specific installation projects to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  1. Recognized Health and Safety training and certification.
  2. Proven track record of customer satisfaction and excellent people management skills.
  3. Practical knowledge of commercial heating and cooling systems, including boilers and chillers.
  4. Knowledge of quality assurance systems and RAMS documentation.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  7. Full driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
  8. Gas qualification and experience, as well as F Gas experience.
