Our client, a reputable architectural practice, is seeking a talented Architect to join their expanding team in Canterbury. The successful Architect will be responsible for delivering architectural projects through all RIBA stages, working on a range of conservation and historic buildings, and participating in team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery of architectural projects through all RIBA stages
- Work on an exciting range of conservation and historic buildings
- Occasional site visits
- Submission of planning and building regulations
- Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
- Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
- ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 1+ years' experience within the UK
- Excellent design and drawing skills
- Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings
- Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
- Ability to work successfully within a team
- Personable, confident, and with a strong sense of team spirit
- Competent in technical detailing
- Knowledge of Revit highly advantageous, although training can be provided for those without knowledge of the software
- Competitive salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
