We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their mortgage options, ensuring they receive the best possible service and solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their mortgage options
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial situations and goals
- Recommend and present mortgage products and solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a mortgage advisory role
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic
