Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations.
  • Drive financial performance by achieving sales targets, maintaining stock accuracy, and setting up store promotional plans.
  • Act as a role model for world-class customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional.
  • Support the Regional Manager in achieving business objectives and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • The ability to understand and analyze sales figures daily, ensuring the store operates within company parameters and goals.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
