**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with budget holders to provide financial guidance and support for decision-making, including cost modeling and scenario planning.
  • Appraise business cases, business change proposals, and tender submissions to ensure alignment with financial regulations.
  • Ensure budget holders adhere to financial regulations and provide guidance on financial planning and reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial information and analysis to senior operational management.

**Requirements**

  • Fully qualified accountant or working towards qualification.
  • Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of internal and external stakeholders, building long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets.
