About the Role

Rapid Rail GB Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rail Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation of crane rails at various locations throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install crane rails at client sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the installation team to achieve project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential installation challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Operate a range of equipment, including surveying tools, levelling equipment, and welding machines.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in rail installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at height and in challenging weather conditions.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as CSCS Card and ECITB Health and Safety Training.
