Senior Architectural Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd in Berkshire. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in leading large-scale projects and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in UK architectural practice, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Knowledge of UK planning application process and UK Building Regulations.
