Digital Operations Director

Forsyth Barnes is seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our digital communications team, you will be responsible for delivering and managing the implementation of our communications strategy across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Work closely with our digital team's senior leaders to develop and implement our communications strategy across digital platforms.
- Content Management: Manage and coordinate the output across all digital channels, ensuring consistency of delivery, alignment across digital channels, and delivery against our brand values.
- Content Planning: Lead and enhance content planning for editorial and branded content across our team-owned digital platforms.
- Agency Management: Work closely with our external content agencies and content creators to achieve alignment and best-in-class standards.
- Team Development: Empower our Senior Digital Editor and Senior Social Media Manager, along with our Creative Lead, to develop and create class-leading content for our digital channels that aligns to our communications strategy and values.
- Budget Management: Create and manage our digital team's budget to ensure delivery against our communications strategy and digital implementation plan.
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in digital communications in a comparable role, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital platforms and strategies. You will have a proven track record of managing the implementation of successful digital projects and a strong background in management with the capability to lead and develop teams effectively. An innovative individual, continuously looking forward to new trends and technologies in the digital landscape.
