About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Data Science Researcher to join our rapidly expanding Data Research group. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of data science research topics for customers across the defence, security, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support novel research in given topic areas, often in partnership with leading universities
  • Develop prototypes and proof of concept demonstrators
  • Prepare technical reports and proposals
Requirements
  • MSc or equivalent level of expertise in a relevant field
  • Experience in the application of deep learning and machine learning
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Desirable skills: experience in software development, knowledge of machine and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)

Security Clearance

Only those with the permanent and unrestricted right to live and work in the UK will be considered for a position within BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. Due to the nature of our work, successful candidates for this role will be required to undergo Government SC clearance prior to starting with us.
