We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility
- Engage with residents through activities, conversations, and social interactions
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71
- 3 on/3 off consistent shift patterns, 8pm – 8am
- Excellent training and career development opportunities
- Paid breaks and paid Bank Holidays
- 28 days holiday
- Uniform and DBS provided
- Regular staff social events
