Join Our Team as an EYFS Teaching Assistant in Havering

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Infant School in Havering. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Class Teacher and providing a high-quality educational experience for our EYFS children.

About the Role
  • Foster a learning environment that promotes pupil excellence and supports the school's ethos.
  • Assist the Class Teacher in planning and implementing learning activities that cater to the needs of our EYFS children.
  • Supervise and lead small groups of children, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with pupils who have additional learning needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in the learning process.
  • Contribute to the development of a creative and inclusive curriculum that values learning and promotes pupil engagement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or Education from a top UK university.
  • Experience working with EYFS children, ideally with some experience working with children with SEND.
  • A confident and bubbly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to work in an Infant School setting and contribute to the education and development of our EYFS children.
