Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Reviewing applications and creating shortlists of candidates, writing candidate summaries, and sending them to clients.
- Managing client relationships and building strong partnerships to meet their recruitment needs.
- Winning new client business through cold calling, networking, and marketing techniques.
- Organizing interviews and providing feedback to both parties, as well as offering market and recruitment advice to candidates and clients.
- Working towards and exceeding targets related to various aspects of the job.
- Degree-educated or commercial office experience.
- B2B sales or B2C sales experience.
- Demonstrable achievements within a sales role.
- Introduction to working in a commercial office environment in a professional role.
- Ability to show resilience and a competitive nature.
- Desire to start a recruitment career and understand how recruitment works.
- Driving license is essential due to location.
