About the Role

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert HR and Employment Law advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality HR and Employment Law advice to clients via phone or email, ensuring a prompt and efficient solution to their queries.
  • Support clients with a range of HR issues, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
  • Develop and provide clients with supporting information and documentation to assist them in implementing advice and solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in HR and Employment Law to develop clear and concise answers for clients.
  • Review client documentation and provide advice, taking into account their applicable internal terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all requests for advice are dealt with within the relevant service level agreement (SLA).
Requirements
  • Good employment law knowledge, either through studies or working experience.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven environment, ideally in a shared service centre, would be highly desirable.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing workload accordingly.
  • An organized self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving performance-driven environment.
