About the Role

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Pension + Parking + Additional Benefits

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and Friday 8am - 2pm

This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, adhering to UK standard working hours. Candidates must possess exceptional English language and writing skills.

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users.
  • Diagnose and rectify system issues and failures.
  • Configure and optimize the ERP system to enhance its functionality.
  • Deliver training to staff on new system features and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for automating existing processes within the ERP framework.
  • Propose solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct data audits and validation checks within the ERP system.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to aid in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in application support and ERP system administration, particularly in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SQL database management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Project Management and ERP system certifications are desirable.
