ROLE SUMMARY
We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to enhance our existing team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather comprehensive requisition details and candidate specifications from clients to ensure precise matching.
- Screen and register candidates to facilitate effective alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding processes, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance of all contractors with client and regulatory standards.
- Address any inquiries related to compensation, attendance, or other performance-related issues.
- Maintain an accurate database by regularly updating candidate and client profiles.
- Adhere to all data protection regulations in accordance with company policies.
RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES
- Recruit for technical, engineering, and administrative positions.
- Post current job openings on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Source candidates from our internal database and external channels.
- Input and upload received CVs.
- Evaluate applicants for suitability against current job openings.
- Engage with clients regarding Job Description Briefings (JDBs) to ensure all necessary information is collected before initiating the recruitment process.
- Communicate with potential candidates regarding job details, compensation, terms, and conditions, obtaining consent prior to submission.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Handle incoming telephone inquiries as required.
- Provide follow-up support and aftercare for placed contractors.
- Submit CVs (ensuring proper formatting for relevant clients and maintaining an auditable trail of information).

- Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous.
- Confident with a professional telephone demeanor, as first impressions are crucial.
- Experience in senior administration or team management roles is beneficial.
