Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

At Crew Clothing Company, we're seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you'll play a crucial role in developing visually stunning designs that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging and commercially successful designs for print and digital media, including catalogues, in-store POS, direct mail, and other materials.
  • Create assets for email, web, social media, YouTube, display, and affiliate channels.
  • Work closely with our Lead Designer to translate marketing collateral into digital assets for online use.
  • Ensure all digital assets are on-brand, commercial, and aligned with our wider brand communications.
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team to develop seasonal creative campaigns suitable for all marketing channels.
  • Present work to directors confidently and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably at a retail company or with a creative degree.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and print design, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • A keen team player with a can-do attitude and positive approach that fits well with our company culture.
