About the Role

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and professional CPN to join their CAMHS Crisis team in a specialist role. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to children and young people in need of mental health services.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify the needs of service users.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a CPN recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Previous experience in working with children.
