Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention and support to children and young people in need of mental health services.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify the needs of service users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives.
- Current and valid registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience within a CPN recovery role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Previous experience in working with children.
